We have an immediate need to hire highly professional team members to be our newest Donation Data Entry Specialist.

PART TIME Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 1:00pm

What will you be doing?

• Entering donations, memberships and subscriptions into our clients' or our own databases with near perfect accuracy and on a tight deadline. So understanding efficient production timelines is a must!
• Following our clients various business rules for entry.
• Using the following databases: Raiser's Edge, SalesForce for Non Profits and two other in house databases.
• Follow our standards for excellence and audited controls as well as our clients' varying business rules, without fail or compromise.
• We service non-profits and associations all over the world; experience with how they work.
• Be able to do whatever it takes to get the job done; no matter the outside circumstance—our client’s put 100% of their faith into the work you will be doing and our reputation, so deadlines and accuracy can never slip!
• Debrief with your Operations Team Lead on the number and types of questions, concerns, and complaints and discuss suggestions for opportunities to top it!

What qualities do I need to have?

• Consistently type no less than 60 WPM with no less than 95% accuracy.
• Bonus is a working knowledge of: Raiser’s Edge (donations and memberships) and Salesforce (for non-profits)
• Keep and work to a deadline doing anything it takes to get it done
• An upbeat and exciting attitude!
• A proven track record of being on time, loyal and ethical.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn and understand different business rules across various databases.
• Ability to work against a hard and fast deadline with service level standards in place for turnaround and time spent on a project.
• Highly organized: you like to leave work with a clean desk ready for the next day!
• Patient, respectful, and kind demeanor.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
• Ability to plan ahead and stay on track while juggling multiple projects.
• Technical savvy to think on your feet should a database present with an error.
• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills—ie: knowing the difference between 'there' and 'their'
