Presents results of analysis and proposals for improvements to strategies to senior management. Compliance with Laws & Regulations:  Responsible for complying with all of the Bank’s internal control policies and procedures. Responsible for understanding and complying with all laws and regulations to which the Bank is subject. Responsible for communicating problems in operations, noncompliance with the code of conduct, noncompliance with laws and regulations, violations, or illegal acts.   Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences or other quantitative discipline with three (3) years analytics experience is required; or   Masters’ Degree in  Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences or other quantitative discipline with one (1) of analytics experience is required.   Summary of Qualifications: Comfortable leveraging data analysis tools and working hands-on with large analytical datasets to deliver insights Requires a firm background and experience in data analytics, machine learning, and advanced programming (such as Python, R, or SAS/SQL) Additional required skills and experience: organizational skills, effective communication/presentation skills (both verbal and written), and problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and solve problems dynamically
