As a Distribution Supervisor for Fairfield Processing Corporation, you'll lead our distribution team to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries. Your role involves overseeing tasks, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Schedule:

• Shift 1: Day Shift (8 hours) - Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Shift 2: Evening Shift (8 hours) - Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Shift 3: Night Shift (8 hours) - Sunday to Thursday: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Job Details: 6432 Prescott Ave, St. Louis, MO.

Pay Range: DOE

Essential Duties

• Lead and support warehouse associates and logistics coordinators, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Oversee daily tasks such as receiving, storage, order processing, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular audits, and prevent discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate order processing and allocate resources effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
• Collaborate with transportation partners to schedule shipments and ensure proper packaging.
• Implement quality control measures and address any quality issues promptly to maintain product standards.
• Enforce safety protocols and provide training to ensure a safe working environment.
• Track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency.

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with leadership experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in warehouse operations.
