Metrics Reporting Analyst
- The role is for an experienced, hands-on IT professional who is skilled in designing, implementing, and running an effective metrics reporting function to deliver on the various metrics reporting needs with agility, accuracy, and consistency.
- This role will liaise with many senior stakeholders and multiple teams to obtain the needed information to drive quality metrics.
- Excellent communication skills are required to negotiate internally, often at a senior level.
- Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the Consent Order plan, milestone linkages, and interdependencies and develop a robust metrics reporting function to cater to the Consent order metrics reporting needs for Executive Forums, Regulatory Reporting, and key internal meetings.
- Establish appropriate checks and balances and controls to ensure that the data being reported is consistent and accurate.
- Lead the development of analyses, compelling presentations, and meeting materials that will move stakeholders to action. Stakeholders can include regulators and senior internal clients.
- Establish a robust process and mechanisms to store the data used for metrics reporting to support any future audit and/or regulatory queries.
- Develop and maintain an inventory of all the metrics reporting needs and ensure timely delivery of quality metrics. This may include developing key messages and talking points for speakers.
- Proficient in developing charts and graphs to visually represent the data and metrics for Executive presentations and/or communications.
- Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior management.
- Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Client, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- Partner, collaborate, and work with other areas within the Client, as necessary, to come up with the best solutions/decisions.
- Influence diverse stakeholders at various levels of seniority without direct reporting relationships to ensure appropriate responses and a sense of urgency.
Knowledge and Skills:
- 10 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or technology focused on metrics build-out and reporting (Must Have)
- Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets to design and develop metrics and/or reports and associated elements including standard data definitions, data flow process including inputs, outputs, frequency, etc. (Must Have)
- Demonstrated ability and desire to meaningfully interpret data and draw out Executive insights for Senior Stakeholders (Must Have)
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel (Must Have)
- Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team-oriented, organized (Must Have)
- Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills (Must Have)
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and complex environment with a proactive demeanor to pick up complex and new topics and deliver on them.
- Strong leadership skills and influencing capabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
- Ability to understand risk-reward, provide a diplomatic challenge to stakeholders, and escalate issues when appropriate.
- Strong track record of effectively assessing and managing competing priorities to deliver high-quality and timely work.
- Comfort navigating complex, highly-matrixed organizations.

- Process mapping, consulting, and audit skills are desirable.
- Financial services and Regulatory reporting experience is a Plus.
- US Financial Regulatory reporting process understanding is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- Technology/Data Management/Information Systems Certification preferred.
- Strong plus if one has experience with regulatory or consent order type of projects or audits.

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
