Technology & Systems Department

The Technology & Systems department drives technological innovation for the company and advances the technology strategy to support global growth. This includes IT, Software Development, OT / Automation Systems, and business process improvement. At Vantage, we are very hands on. In most cases, we specify, purchase, configure and maintain all networking and server hardware. We also work closely with partner VARs to learn about the latest technology changes, so we can make informed purchase decisions. The Technology & Systems department participates in designing each of our new data center building's networking infrastructure, including but not limited to diverse pathways connecting to carriers, meet-me room, hosting (rack, cabs, ladders, cross connect panels...), wireless AP coverage, etc.

We rely on extreme collaboration with Sales, Construction, Operations and Corporate Functions to drive simplification, establish global standards with continuous improvement and speed to value. We are working to build a reliable, scalable, sustainable, and secure technology roadmap/landscape that enables us to better serve our customers and employees and be the partner of choice. Our focus is on speed to value with financial and execution discipline. We strive to double the good, halve the bad, in half the time.

Position Overview

Vantage is looking for a leader to supervise the ESM (Enterprise Service Management) and Delivery team for T&S, reporting to the Sr. Director of Infrastructure and Service Desk! This position is responsible for improving the organization's ability to implement key systems or system functionality, to identify and mitigate risks associated with IT service delivery for internal clients across the enterprise. The role is responsible for the seamless delivery of enterprise technology services within the organization through building a strong IT service delivery team. The position manages the service delivery process by ensuring high-quality technical support is documented and understood, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, and providing timely delivery!

Essential Job Functions

• Lead ESM and Delivery for Technology and Systems (T&S) overall program for delivery and support of system alignment according to business strategy.

• Advise the implementation of ServiceNow globally.

• Supervise business level engagements with multiple customers on behalf of T&S for Enterprise Services

• Advise the framework and delivery of standard processes to align T&S with current and future needs of the business and users.

Duties

• Negotiate with external partners with intent to get favorable terms and condition for current as well as long term growth.

• Collaborate with key global customers to evaluate and deliver enterprise systems and support with a high level of cross function partnering.

• Work with both the system owners and T&S to align business value with key deliverables.

• Coordinate multiple teams (internal and external) to support end user/customers by delivering value through sustainable and measurable metrics, documented processes, runbooks and improving T&S stakeholder value.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience required

• 10 years of experience in a ESM role or similar

• Data Center experience is strongly preferred, but not required

• Skilled at planning and advising large enterprise system rollouts

• Knowledge of ServiceNow global implementation

• Proficient with IT Portfolio Management, Delivery, and Process integration

• Solid experience with delivering IT systems based on business strategy.

• Travel required is expected to be 15 to 25%

Additional Details

• Salary Range: $ 170,000- 190,000 Base Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)
