SCOPE OF POSITION:
Provide statistical support for the development of measurement/re-measurement techniques, data analysis and reporting of quality improvement projects, surveys and HEDIS needs. Assist in the coordination of data activities for specific projects and assure compliance with established protocols and contractual requirements. Works under the general supervision of Supervisor or Manager. Physical and Sensory Requirements (With or Without the Aid of Mechanical Devices):

EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or related field. Base SAS certification or equivalent certification. 1
Desirable: Masters in statistics or related field.

EXPERIENCE:
Required: Must have 3 years’ experience in statistical analysis including writing SAS programs, data manipulation, model estimation and model evaluation. 3 years’ experience in one of the following: SAS, REDCap, HEDIS, ArcGIS, or Administrative Claims.

INTERNET REQUIREMENTS:
Reliable, high-speed wireless internet service (Wi-Fi)

1- Two (2) years SAS program, REDCap, or ArcGIS experience may be substituted for the Base SAS Certification. If experience is substituted it is in addition to stated requirements.
