Job Summary:
Contributes to the Decision Support department through the development of compelling tools and analyses to drive quality and operational excellence, strengthen and support our workforce, ad enhance the breadth and depth of care for the community. Builds ad-hoc analyses, queries, reports, data models, and data pipelines to solve business problems and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders across the organization. Acts as a subject matter expert on all things related to data. Participates in departmental process improvement initiatives.
