NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager who has strong experience working with Data Dashboard projects to support one of our global Healthcare devices/Life Science clients, based out of Boston, MA.
This Senior Project Manager is a solution-oriented leader that can apply project management techniques and experience with data projects using Power BI and working with executive level stakeholders. The Senior Program Manager will be adept at building and maintaining relationships; is highly analytical, customer obsessed, adaptable, and enjoys bringing structure realize measurable value for the business.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Guide Data Dashboard projects
Pharma experience
Experience working on data projects using Power BI
Work with executive level stakeholders
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensure resource availability and allocation
Ensure that all projects are delivered timely, within scope and within budget by use of a detailed project plan to track progress and action logs. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Inform executive leadership on program status, raising to management as needed!
Organize and lead project meetings and compile project status report to partners and project team to get results to schedule and develop resolutions to mitigation risks/issues.
Support Business and Group level business and finance partners to define optimal use cases that meet business strategic and technological needs
Use appropriate verification techniques to handle changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using power BI
Build and execute operational and technical project plans, facilitate all project gate reviews, utilize PPM tool and effectively escalate issues to meet the project milestones/goals.
Demonstrate high adaptability and flexibility to take responsibility to support new projects that have priority and as communicated.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Mathematics, Finance or related fields
15 years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager
Experience with Data Dashboards using Power BI
Pharma experience
Project Management PMP certification and Agile

Preferred Experience and Skills:
Experience with Data Dashboard projects
Experience using Power BI for project data
Executive level communication experience
Working with various business group leadership
Strong communicator with effective presentation skills delivering formal presentations
Self-motivated and independent critical thinker who can visualize and guide team during conflicting situations to stay focused on business goals & priorities
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders and team members with variety of personal styles to focus on right priorities under pressure and tight deadlines.
Strong PM skills using appropriate techniques to handle Project Scope, Schedule, RAID, Communication plans and costs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $55.00 TO $66.00/hr. W2. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
