• A minimum of a bachelor's degree
• Proficiency with Statistical Programming language
• Expert in Excel and PowerPoint generation with strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Recognize areas of systemic improvement and take the initiative to better them
• Experience with ad-hoc data visualization and communication for different types of stakeholders, including but not limited to school leaders, educators, parents, funders, etc.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  
  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collecting, maintaining, reporting, and analyzing school-related data using SQL, Python, Data Studio, Google Sheets, PowerBI
• Monitor relevant Key Performance Indicators to track and measure outcomes and impact
• Produce actionable data insights spanning teams in the form of dashboards and visualizations, ad hoc reports and analysis for faculty, administration, parents and the Board of Trustees
• Develop and maintain data tracking systems and assessment calendars
• Maintain the data connections between our testing and visualization platforms and our SIS
• Maintain academic data dashboards and trackers that display student performance and growth
• Ensure quality assurance and data fidelity of the enrollment and admission counts at each of the school supporting the Director of Admissions/Enrollment;
• Support the school registrars in data transfer during admission and enrollment seasons to ensure data fidelity
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams (HR, Talent, Ops, etc) on data projects to ensure fidelity of data platforms
