- Monitor Access Points: Maintain a vigilant presence at the guard shack and monitor all access points to the company premises, ensuring that only authorized personnel and vehicles enter the facility.
- Visitor Check-Ins: Greet and process visitors, vendors, and contractors as they arrive at the guard shack. Verify identification, issue visitor badges, and ensure that appropriate security procedures are followed.
- Security Protocol Enforcement: Enforce security protocols, such as checking employee identification, verifying vehicle permits, and conducting searches when necessary. Report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.
- Surveillance and Reporting: Utilize security equipment, such as cameras and monitoring systems, to conduct regular surveillance of the premises. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and any security breaches, and report them promptly to the relevant management.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, accidents, or fire alarms. Coordinate with emergency services, assist in evacuations if needed, and follow established protocols to ensure the safety of all personnel.
- Communication and Coordination: Maintain clear and professional communication with employees, visitors, and colleagues. Collaborate with other security personnel and departments to ensure a cohesive and secure environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain security equipment and systems, including alarms, cameras, and access control systems. Report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar security role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay alert and focused for extended periods.
- Familiarity with security equipment and systems.
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Proficient computer skills for basic record-keeping and communication.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Able to lift 25lbs
Benefits and Compensation:- $15.00 to $15.25 per hour
- Benefits after 90 days
Experience Level:
• 1 yearSchedule:- 12-hour rotating shift schedule. One week consists of 4 working days, followed by the next week with 3 working days.
- 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM or 07:00 PM to 07:00 AM
