About the Job:
Our client is a leader construction industry seeking a Senior NetSuite Administrator to lead all internal NetSuite implementation efforts in liaison with their external NetSuite Alliance Partner.
This individual will play a vital role in building relationships with both the finance and operations departments to lead process improvement efforts around Order to Cash, Procurement, Design to Build, and Project Based Billing.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
System Configuration and Customization:
Customize forms, fields, workflows, and records to meet the organization’s unique business requirements.
Configure and maintain dashboards and reports to provide relevant insights to users.
Full-cycle Implementation Integration Management:
Oversee the integration of NetSuite with other systems and applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Utilize Celigo to manage all 3rd party integrations
Implement Field Service Management
Collaboration with Finance and Business Teams:
Collaborate with teams to address technical issues and infrastructure requirements
Work with business teams to understand evolving business needs and implement corresponding NetSuite solutions.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve system issues, errors, and performance concerns.
Provide timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for system optimization and automation.
Stay updated on NetSuite’s best practices and industry trends to suggest improvements.
Financial Process Support:
Work closely with finance teams to align NetSuite with financial processes.
Support financial reporting requirements and assist in creating custom financial reports.
Training and Support:
Provide training to end-users on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
Offer ongoing support to users, addressing inquiries, issues, and providing solutions.
System Upgrades and Patch Management:
Stay informed about NetSuite updates, releases, and patches.
Experience with Order to Cash, Advanced Manufacturing or Procurement is ideal
Plan and execute system upgrades while minimizing disruptions to users.
Documentation:
Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes.
Document and communicate changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
User Management:
Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts as needed.
Manage roles, permissions, and access levels to ensure security and compliance.
Overall, the NetSuite Systems Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, optimization, and alignment of NetSuite with the organization’s business processes. This involves a combination of technical skills, collaboration with various teams, and a focus on continuous improvement.
