Park Place Automotive is seeking an organized and efficient office administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for the company, the office administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities include:
-Greet and assist customers and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as writing work orders and invoicing
- Schedule appointments
- Take payments

- Basic computer and internet skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
