GENERAL SUMMARY
Under the guidance of the Director, Information Technology, the Database Engineer is responsible for managing the efficacy and integrity of organizational database systems for collections, digital assets, donors, customer relationship management, and ticketing. The engineer is responsible for identifying, diagnosing, troubleshooting, developing, and implementing database solutions. This role ensures the availability, scalability, and performance of organizational databases and adopts a customer-centric approach to meet colleagues' and organization’s needs in alignment with strategic goals and initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field required. Five (5) years of experience managing Databases. Additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
