• Experience with AirTable, HubSpot, and Zoom Info are a plus. 
• General knowledge and/or interest in the marketing, brand development and influencer space a plus 

Core Skills/Qualifications:

• High attention to detail. 
• At least 1 year of experience with helpdesk tech support, both hardware and software
• At least 1 year of experience working with database management, queries and support. 
• Intermediate to Advanced with Excel/Google Sheets and Microsoft Office
• Experience with HelloOutbound, Zoom Info, HubSpot, zero bounce, and/or  similar platforms.
• Experience with both Windows and Mac operating systems
• Experience with Google Workspace is a plus
• Email marketing experience helpful

Job Description:

• Managing and creating internal list and marketing databases in Google sheets, Hubspot, ZoomInfo and other platforms.
• Compile contact lists for sales outreach support
• Front line tech support. (Account creation, basic troubleshooting, email alias creation, password resets, hardware tracking, etc)
• Airtable Support : Basic date queries and filtering, editing user interfaces
• Manage Contacts Database, and send surveys and newsletters.

Salary: Depends on experience and skills. $45,000-$55,000 Annually.
