Qualifications

We are seeking a detail orientated professional with advanced technical skills usingSQL for Database Analyst position. The Business Analyst works collaboratively with several departments and extracts data from multiple sources, primarily using SQL.  The Database Analyst will have a strong background in SQL and a passion for data analysis and data management. The Database Analyst will be responsible for designing, analyzing, implementing, and maintaining reports and queries across multiple sources primarily using SQL. The Database Analyst works to provide accurate summaries for leadership and easy to navigate information for clinical staff while working diligently to ensure the integrity and reliability of all data.

Qualifications Required

• 2 years of experience with SQL (Structured Query Language)
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must obtain and maintain fingerprint clearance card and pass a background check.

Technical Qualifications Required

• Proficiency using SQL against relational databases to analyze, code, interpret and execute reports and queries.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports using SQL.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns.
• Excellent working knowledge of relational databases table structure and entity relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to accurately document all assignments.
• Possess strong time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize, escalate and compete with projects and requests appropriately.
• Working knowledge/familiarity with electronic record keeping.
• Possess strong computer skills and a variety of computer programs and audio-visual equipment.
• Demonstrates ability to research, develop and disseminate easy to understand information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve data-related issues.

Mental and Emotional

           Physical

• Long periods of sitting, ability to bend, lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Able to operate phone, fax, copier, and a computer.

Qualification Preferred

• Prior experience in the health care setting.
• 2 years of experience with Power BI
• Proficiency in creating professional reports and dashboards in Microsoft Power BI
• 2 years of experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
• Skills utilizing SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
