The Marketing-Customer Insights Analyst position is responsible for the measurement, analysis, and reporting of marketing activities and customer behaviors-trends across all strategic channels and digital platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on website and marketing data regarding customers, markets, competitors, web behavior and campaign effectiveness through the user journey.
This newly-created position requires a strong background in web metrics, tracking and reporting. The ideal candidate will have experience looking at multiple channels to interpret and present findings in a clear and concise way to support business decisions. The ideal candidate is a passionate team player that thrives by working in a collaborative fashion through open communication and participating as an active member of the team. Elevate the effectiveness of leads, sales, and marketing programs (organic and paid media efforts) through better measurement, and analysis. The goal will be to understand ROI and understand what media campaigns are working or not working so we can adjust campaigns and efforts to gain more effective results.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce, multi-touch attribution, SQL database, Python coding, and data-visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik. This candidate should also be a passionate team player with the ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative fast-paced, results-driven environment.
