Day Care Center Teacher jobs in Raleigh, NC

We are in immediate need of Lead and Assistant Teachers for our Early Head Start program. Experience in a licensed childcare center is required. Possession of NC Early Childhood Credential or enrollment in EDU 119 is needed. An Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood or related field is preferred. Applicants must have a background check done by the NC Division of Child Development and Early Education.

Duties include...

• Supervision of children
• Planning and implementing age appropriate activities
• Maintaining a positive learning environment
• Keeping accurate program documentation as required by DCDEE
• Building and maintaining positive parent relationships which include home visits

Position is immediate start.

Assistance in obtaining required education is available for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $17.00 per hour
