Dealer Relationship Manager establishes and maintains relationships with automobile dealerships with the goal of promoting indirect loans. Provides guidance, training, and support to dealers on the organization's loan products, and tracks dealer metrics and performance. Being a Dealer Relationship Manager maintains working knowledge of products and programs, and ensures that dealer organizations comply with organizational policies and standards. Continually surveys competitive market loan rates and prepares reports for management. Additionally, Dealer Relationship Manager may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Dealer Relationship Manager gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. The Dealer Manager will be responsible for developing and improving relationships with assigned Raymond and Toyota Material Handling (TMH) dealers. Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO) is the parent company for both Toyota Material Handling (TMH) and the Raymond Corporation. TICO is also the parent company of Bastian Solutions. TMH and Raymond go to market through a dealer network. Bastian Solutions works in partnership with these dealers for automation sales and support.
