Strike Acceptance
A little bit about us; we are the new face of sub-prime auto lending. Strike Acceptance is based in Southern California and we focus on helping residents of our community secure auto financing through our network of approved dealers. We understand that good people can experience financial challenges and therefore we base our decisions on a common sense approach and consider all relevant factors that impact an applicant. In doing so, we take great pride in helping our customers establish or rebuild their credit profiles.
We believe in service first, doing the right thing, team work (with each other as well as our dealer partners) and work life balance for our people. We work in a casual office environment but operate like we all own a piece of the company, that means working hard and doing the right thing even when no one is watching. At the end of the end day we all enjoy our time with the team and have opportunities to grow and learn along the way (minus any micromanagement).
