As a Fine Jewelry Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry pieces. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to access needs and relay plans
- Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers
- Assist customers in selecting and trying on jewelry pieces
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Applicant must pass security and background check

Requirements:
- Above all, applicant must be motivated to learn our proven methods - Must have desire to develop jewelry and gemstone knowledge
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in fine jewelry, luxury goods
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive shopping experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using cash registers or POS systems
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
