Dean of Nursing manages administrative functions of the college of nursing. Develops college strategic initiatives and participates in university long-term planning and policy setting. Being a Dean of Nursing leads college in fundraising and cultivating relationships with donors. Provides senior level administrative leadership in areas of curriculum development, institutional assessment and improvement, human resource, faculty development and performance appraisals, budget and finance, and facilities planning and management. Additionally, Dean of Nursing requires an advanced degree. Typically reports to top management. Requires certification as a registered nurse. The Dean of Nursing manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Dean of Nursing typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Orchard Creek is a 22 bed Skilled Nursing facility that specializes in rehab looking for a great certified nursing assistant. You will be working as a CNA, assisting residents with ADL's, hygiene, mobility, transfers and emotional support while they heal and participate in rehab. Must be certified as a CNA and able to pass background check. Looking for a fun, energetic, hard working individual to join the fun.
We are offering a scholarship for Full Tuition for CNA classes at Agape Heath Care School
Free Meals During shift for all employees
Positions Currently available
- Full Time Afternoon shift (2-10)
- Full Midnight (10-6)
- Full Time Day shift (6-2)
- Every other weekend
- On Call/PRN
- 12 hour shifts are Available
