Dean of Students jobs in Anderson, IN
Dean of Students provides strategic initiatives and direction for student affairs. Ensures the delivery of effective and quality service to students in the following areas: student housing, counseling, student conduct, and orientation. Being a Dean of Students counsels the top management regarding overall student morale and services. Typically requires an advanced degree. Additionally, Dean of Students typically reports to top management. The Dean of Students manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Dean of Students typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Now Hiring Student Exchange Area Representatives:
As a World Heritage Area Representative, you'll be that all-important point person for students placed in your area during their year abroad. Our exchange students are top-notch kids which come from a variety of countries. We need reps to help find suitable students for outbound programs and host families for inbound students. World Heritage International Student Exchange Programs is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to creating lifelong relationships with foreign exchange students & American families.
As a trained Area Representative, you'll receive on-going support from your World Heritage Area Coordinator and Director as you take on a variety of challenging roles! The Area Representative is a part-time, stipend-paid position and many of our representatives work other full-time jobs. Compensation: $750-1000 per student you place, additional bonuses and incentives available.
