The Associate Dean of Students for Residential and Community Life works with the Dean of Students to design and implement a comprehensive student life curriculum for students. The Associate Dean of Students for Residential and Community Life is responsible for fostering a student-centered community where faculty involvement and a broad range of developmental programming initiatives are valued.
This is a 12-month, full-time position with a flexible work schedule to include evenings and weekends as it relates to programming or on-call duties. The selected candidate is required to live-in on campus in designated housing. This position is considered an essential employee (required attendance) and will be asked to be on-call to assist with any emergencies that affect the students living in campus housing.
