Royal Community Supports is looking for a self-motivated, energetic Direct Support Professional to support an individual who lives Colombia/ Warren County, New Jersey
Colombia/Warren County: Individual looking for a DSP who has HHA/CNA background to assist with both at home and community-based support. This person needs someone who is knowledgeable about Warren County and what it has to offer so that the DSP can assist in connecting with both volunteer/employment opportunities as well as find fun in the great outdoors. Looking for DSPs who are active, like to walk, ride bikes and be on the go. A love of horses is a HUGE bonus. DSP will provide assistance and supervision to interact with others and will need to be comfortable with physically assisting individual in the bathroom. This individual requires total support with bathroom and moderate physical support in other areas of personal care, including eating. Must have reliable vehicle and be willing to drive individual to various locations. 21 hours per week, 3 days per week (DSP can pick the days) with EITHER an 8 AM - 3 PM schedule or a 2 PM - 9 PM.
