Position Summary | The Anderson School of Management’s Marketing, Information, and Decision Sciences Department at the University of New Mexico anticipates hiring Adjunct Faculty to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses in Fall 2023, Spring 2024, and/or Summer 2024. Departmental needs at this time may be best served by the hiring of temporary part-time faculty whose specialties are in the areas of Marketing, Operations Management, Management of Information Systems, and other courses within the undergraduate and graduate programs. The Anderson School of Management is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) International and is one of the few programs in the world to attain both an Accounting and Business Accreditation from AACSB. We offer BBA and MBA degrees in 12 concentrations, as well as a Master of Accounting (MACCT), an Executive MBA for working professionals, an MBA in Education Leadership, and a Master’s of Science in Cyber Security and Business Analytics. With over 21,000 alumni, Anderson alums can be found having an impact in their communities all over the world. With a strength in diversity, equity and inclusion, Anderson emphasizes collaborative student interaction, active adult learning, team experiences and scholarship that draw upon a variety of methodologies and subject areas. Positions are contingent upon need each semester as determined by student enrollment levels, current course offering matrix, and demand driven by graduation requirements. Adjunct Faculty at Anderson School of Management are currently compensated on the basis of their credentials and credit hour course loads. The typical pay rate for new Adjunct Faculty ranges between $4,211.10 - $6,015.86 per 3-credit hour course.
