Decision Support Project Specialist provides technical guidance and solutions to user groups working with decision support software and data tools. Analyzes user requirements and evaluates functionality and configuration options available for existing and new software. Being a Decision Support Project Specialist delivers user training and coaching to facilitate problem solving and decision making using hardware, software, datamarts, and data warehouses. Plans, coordinates and monitors projects to prepare, test, and deploy decision support tools, reports, dashboards and models to users. Additionally, Decision Support Project Specialist troubleshoots and resolves problems. May have specialized knowledge of a particular software product tool or module that is utilized. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Decision Support Project Specialist is a specialist on complex technical and business matters. Job Description:
Project Genesis, Inc. is currently seeking staff to deliver services as Independent Living Skills Trainers (ILST) and Companions within our Acquired Brain Injury Program.
Work one-on-one with individuals in Andover, Plainfield, Putnam, Willimantic, and Windham to help improve their ability to live independently in the community. Provide non-medical care, supervision, and socialization in accordance with the client’s service plan.
Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Schedules Available. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available depending on position and experience.
No experience? No worries! All Project Genesis employees get paid training for their position.

Companion Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Reliable transportation, good driving record, valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Independent Living Skills Trainer Requirements:
Companion Requirements AND
2 years experience working with ABI with High School Diploma or Equivalent OR 1 year experience working with ABI with Bachelor's degree
