Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

An evening professional server, with a minimum of three years experience in fine dining or casual upscale restaurants.

A Deli clerk, customer service experience required, but willing to train.

Duties:
- Mix and serve drinks following standard recipes
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Handle difficult situations with customers professionally

Skills:
- Proficient in using cash registers
- Strong basic math skills for handling payments and providing change
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Culinary knowledge for drink preparation
- Experience with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Understanding of kitchen operations for coordinating food orders with drinks
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques for garnishing drinks
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
