A deli manager is responsible for monitoring the daily operations of the deli, delegating tasks to staff, supervising the food orders and services, maintaining adequate stock inventory, and finding ways to minimize production costs without compromising quality service. Ensuring lunch and dinner are out, abiding by all food and sanitization safety measures, and filling the deli case with items such as salads, sandwiches, fruit, and vegetables. Working closely with customers on personal orders.
