The Demand Planner determines the best metrics to use to provide the most accurate representation of the forecast. Analyzes inventory levels, production speed, and product demand to determine the amount of finished product that will be produced. Being a Demand Planner may require a bachelor's degree. Works with other departments to determine optimal inventory levels. In addition, Demand Planner typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A. DUTIES
In this role the Maintenance Planner coordinate all maintenance activities and help develop job and safety plans to improve workforce productivity. The Maintenance Planner will be the liaison between maintenance, engineering, and operations to ensure all work activities are planned, estimated, and scheduled. This position will also provide leadership and guidance on effective operation of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS, using the SAP system).

1. Follows and enforces employee’s safety procedures
2. Report any unsafe conditions to immediate supervisor or manager
3. Follow, Monitor, and Enforce all food safety procedures
4. Follows and enforces SQF requirements (Facilities, Equipment, SSOP, SOP, GMP’s, and ETC)
5. Follows and enforces USDA & FDA guidelines and regulations.
6. Follow Company Policies, Regulations, and Lunch & Break Policies

Position Area Duties (1-17 listed below)
1. Create / Modify / Update Equipment Bill of Materials (BOMs) in SAP
2. Fully plan work orders, including internal operations, material purchases/requisitions, services, etc
3. Coordinate and organize with the maintenance and operations departments the preventive maintenance schedule of the machinery
4. Review breakdown data and determine strategic action plans
5. Distribute weekly Preventative Maintenance work orders (cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, inspections, small repairs, replace materials/parts)
6. Gather data and produce reports as required by Maintenance Operational Leader
7. Review planned and confirmed work orders and maintenance history recordings for accuracy
8. Review breakdown data and determine remedies needed to keep them from reoccurring
9. Review work order feedback from the trades and update maintenance plans, tasks, or timing as needed
10. Participate/Facilitate in scheduling and shift crossover meetings
11. Participate/Facilitate weekly team meetings where weekly KPI’s, action item status, and maintenance performance is reviewed, and actions planned
12. Participate weekly scheduling meeting for long range planning
13. Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports as required
14. Generate and distribute work order back log report
15. Work with Stockroom Personnel to collect parts needed to complete work orders
16. Review work notification requests coming from various departments
17. Ensure compliance of proper safety, quality and environmental requirements in work
