Position Overview
This position will facilitate the demand review (assigned portfolio) of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by working cross functionally to develop and communicate the most accurate, unbiased demand plan for the supply chain. Facilitate dialogue regarding opportunities and risks to cross-functional teams including senior leadership. Drive and leverage continuous improvement solutions to streamline processes, improve forecast accuracy and create supply chain efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and participate in the demand review process to develop monthly volume forecasts for rolling 24 months, driving alignment to the best operational demand plan highlighting opportunities and risks. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Finance to understand and leverage all impacts to the forecast, including promotions, seasonality and customer behavior. • Responsible for maintenance of statistical algorithms within SAP, adjusting historical patterns and future projections. • Interprets complex data to provide analysis, forecast perspective and conclusions in a meaningful format to influence future assumptions. • Maintain scorecard data to monitor and optimize forecast performance on an on-going basis. • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing current processes and implementing refined and new methodologies, tools and techniques to reduce effort and improve results.
