Primary Purpose of Position:
Priestly Demolition Inc. is seeking an energetic, results oriented individual who has the ability to prioritize and think on their feet. We are looking for someone who is a team player, with a positive attitude, who is reliable, safety conscious, willing to learn and demonstrates interpersonal skills. The Foreman, reports to the Superintendent and they are responsible for instructing personnel on how to use equipment, reporting on activities, efficiently storing all materials and workplace safety.

High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years as a Foreman
Ability to read/write and comprehend shop drawings, short correspondence, and memos
Ability to effectively present information to fellow employees of the organization
Ability to perform basic math functions
Leadership skills; ability to lead meetings and teams
Strong interpersonal and organizations skills
Knowledge of hand and power tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Work Conditions
24/7 availability may be required.
Travel to off-site locations may be required.
Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots,
Overtime as required.
Additional information
Work requires frequent travel to work sites to monitor and oversee the progress of work to ensure completion dates are met on a timely schedule.
