CANDIDATES MUST HAVE DENTAL ASSISTING EXPERIENCE and be comfortable with insurance and discussing treatment / finances with patients!!

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated full-time dental assistant to join our close-knit team. We serve all demographics of the population and have been doing so in the same location for the past 45 years. We operate a busy office. The ideal candidate will have a calm, reassuring, and friendly demeanor, as well as the ability to maintain focus in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Duties and responsibilities include:

· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

· Proficient taking x-rays and the ability to use all x-ray equipment in the office

· Ability to discuss complex treatment plans with patients and schedule accordingly

· Accurately record patient notes and treatment plans

· Maintain a sterile working environment, including all instruments and hand pieces

· Confidence discussing financial arrangements with patients

· Must have excellent communication skills
