We are seeking a front office Patient Care Coordinator for our amazing dental practice. Someone with exceptional personality and phone skills. We are a busy practice and take a lot of pride in providing excellent customer service to our patients.
Responsibilities will include greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling treatment, providing out of pocket quotes and collecting. Occasionally checking insurance benefits. Someone who can maintain a professional and calm manner while sometimes having to multi task and smile under pressure.
Dental experience and Dentrix knowledge is a must . Our team is excellent and is eager to welcome a new team member!
