BlueForce, Inc. is seeking for Deputy Program Managers to provide services in support of upcoming task orders located in Central America and other Western Hemisphere countries such as Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, Panama, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Dominican Republic, Trinidad and Tobago, Bahamas, Jamaica, Guyana, Suriname, and the Eastern Caribbean.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
The Deputy Program Manager’s duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide all reporting information required under the task orders accurately, thoroughly, and timely.
- Resolve issues related to program performance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with local staff and will lead the in-country support office (ICSO)
- Responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact with the COR and the CO.
- Attend meetings and conferences as necessary.
- Overall responsibility for ensuring high-quality services are delivered, schedules are adhered to, financial controls are established, and complete customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Help resolve contractual and programmatic issues and perform other functions that may arise relating to Task Orders issued under the IDIQ Contract.
- Local and international travel may be required for this position.
