Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program strategies and initiatives to meet organizational goals
- Manage program budgets and ensure financial resources are allocated effectively
- Supervise and support program staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including individuals with developmental disabilities, families, community partners, and funding sources
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Oversee program evaluation and data collection to measure outcomes and identify areas for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in program management and behavioral health

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program development and management, preferably in the field of developmental disabilities or behavioral health
- Strong administrative skills, including budgeting, reporting, and documentation
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the field
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and support a team of professionals

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
