Sales Design Professional

This position is a rotating schedule between our Mancelona and Harbor Springs location. As a Kiss Carpet Design Center Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our longstanding clientele and meet sales goals for our business. You will guide clients through the sales process which includes assisting with product selection, processing sales transactions, project management, and building trusting relationships.

• Ability to operate Google software (Docs, Sheets, Email & Calendar) as well as client data management software

Responsibilities of this position:

• Provide superior customer service while meeting sales goals
• Update and maintain digital client files daily
• Generate timely estimates for projects and follow up on sales
• Local travel when needed for client assistance
• Identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services, and recommend solutions.

Hours and Salary:

• Full time position with salary opportunities for bonuses
• Weekdays 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am-3pm
• Average yearly salary: $42,000 - $60,000. Top performers earn $80,000
• Weekly paychecks
