About the Role:

The Manufacturing Engineer III will be responsible for designing complex parts and assemblies, performing stress/thermal analysis, conducting tests, traveling to manufacturing plants, working with vendors, meeting with customers, and proposing new methods and products.

Responsibilities:

• Design complex parts and assemblies using SolidWorks or other tools
• Heavily involved in building process, including concept, design, detail, build, and then support after.
• Conduct small-scale and large-scale tests
• Travel to manufacturing plants
• Work with vendors to obtain materials
• Meet with customers and make presentations
• Write material specifications
• Propose new methods, materials, and products
• Maintain technical competency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 5 years Heavy Machine Design experience
• Controls Experience

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar design tools
• Experience in stress/thermal analysis
• Ability to conduct tests and analyze results
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of market trends and product development

Pay range and compensation package:

Salary: $100,000
