Lynn Engineering is looking for a detail orientated individual to join our growing engineering firm. We are looking for a Civil Designer to create civil construction drawings with an emphasis on public utilities and infrastructure. Duties & Responsibilities

Work closely with engineering and design staff to ensure all work items produced in AutoCAD and Civil3D are of the highest quality, can be easily understood as to intent, and adequately describe the proposed construction.

Draft plan view, profile view, and details for public utility and infrastructure construction, based on preliminary concepts and sketches.

Work closely with engineering and design staff to ensure projects remain on schedule and deadlines are met.

Provides hardcopy and electronic drawings for internal and external uses.

Reviews and certifies drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to drafting and design standards.

Education/Experience

5 years' experience with AutoCAD is required.

Proficient in Civil3D preferred

Experience with Civil construction is a plus.

Ability to work with Microsoft Office suite.

Strong math skills.
