Your Role With Us:

• Coordinate Desktop projects and related work; attend project meetings, coordinate with project leads across multiple teams and departments to meet timelines, communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders and leadership.
• Primary contact for coordinating Move related work in conjunction with Facilities’ Moves team.
• Create knowledge and documentation to support established processes and aid the team in troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Provide backup support for the multimedia team to ensure equipment is delivered and returned on time.
• Work tickets across all of Desktop Team’s queues as needed.
• Act as a Tier II escalation point for Desktop Technicians as needed.
• Participate in technology and process improvement discussions as appropriate.

Background/Expertise:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Healthcare required; OR Eight (8) years related work experience; OR Equivalent combination of education and experience where each year of education equates to Two (2) years of experience.
• Experience planning for and setting up new equipment, troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance.
• Three (3) years’ experience with SH Information Technology, preferred.
• Three (3) years’ experience in coordinating or managing technical projects.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office Suite, ITSM Tools and assigned applications and technologies.
• Solid working knowledge of software development and implementation technologies.
• Able to create and track project plans.
• Strong communication skills to conduct instruction and provide technical assistance to users.
• Strong knowledge of personal computer operations, network operations, and data communications set-ups
