POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Development Rep will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. This role will require previous experience developing leads from from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. Position Responsibilities:

Experience:
· 3 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the printing industry, and experience hunting for new business
· Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
· Experience with quoting and estimating in print, fulfillment, BPO environment
· Understanding value-based selling from creative through commercial, digital printing, and fulfillment solutions
· Experience with CRM software
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations
Education: High Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Other Requirements:
· Valid Driver’s License
· Bachelor's degree (preferred)
· Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
· Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
· Must possess proficiency in developing new business
Other Physical Requirements: Must be able to communicate effectively with employees and customer; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects, and operating office equipment.
