**Job Overview:**

We are seeking candidates who want a gratifying and creative management career, to oversee the daily operations of the unique and traditional, retail bookstore, Wolperdinger Bookends. Candidate should be self-motivated and have strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

**Duties:**

- Lead and manage the operations team to achieve company goals and objectives.

- Curate and display the store book collection and all general merchandise for the bookstore.

- Collaborate directly with senior members to execute vision of company

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners.

**Experience:**

- Retail management experience is preferred but not required.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams and engage with the community.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,100.00 - $54,000.00 per year
