Desktop Support Specialist TOP Biotech Client

South San Francisco (On-site)

$35 - $40 / hour

Our client, a TOP growing biotechnology organization in South San Francisco is seeking a professional and proactive Desktop Support Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving computer and mobile device hardware and software issues, telephony, printers, and networking intermediate knowledge of computer applications.

Candidates should be skillful, proactive, and have the ability to take the initiative to solve problems.

Responsibilities :

• Work with Backups, Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows server environments
• Support conference / audio applications - MS Teams, RingCentral, and Zoom
• Working with Imaging, packaging, and scripting
• Asset management / ticketing
• Performing in compliance with policy guidelines

Qualifications :

• Minimum 4 years of experience providing desktop support
• Strong background within Windows and Mac environments
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent follow-up and customer service skills
