Job description
The responsibilities may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills and other characteristics. - Single point of contact for all IT needs for Naples site.
- Fully accountable for supporting Business user devices (Laptops/desktops/Smartphones/Tablets/IPADs/conferencing needs), avoid escalations.
- Support monitoring and addressing of issues pertaining to onsite servers, telecommunication links, network equipment, phone systems, security systems (door access, CCTV etc.)
- Ensure compliance of site-specific IT SOPs
- Solid knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, O365 (user side), Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools, iPhones, iPads, Android devices, hot spots, desktop and network printers and multifunction devices, conventional phone systems and access control systems.
- Exposure to Security tools, technologies & platforms like Zscaler, EDR, DNS, Zero Trust, PIM, Windows Server operating systems, DNS, DHCP, Virtualization Hypervisors like VMWare, Data backup tools like Veeam, Carbonite etc.
- Oversee and ensure timely repair/replacement of faulty hardware.
- Coordinate with Corporate IT to deploy various initiatives in the US and Canada region.
- Maintain site IT Inventory.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Education Qualifications: bachelor’s degree (IT) or similar Desired Certifications.

- Experience Required:
- Solid Knowledgeable of Windows 10 and 11 platforms along with On premise Active Directory environment, O365 user side configurations, Intune, Apple Business Manager, iPhones, MacBook, iPads, Android devices, Teams Room Conference Systems.
- Solid Communication and user handling skills. White Glove service experience.
- Experience dealing with Microsoft AD servers (User Management), Distributed File Systems, Patching and Backup solutions, SharePoint, OneDrive, Door Access systems, CCTV systems.
- Should be self-motivated with passion for supporting users on various IT issues.
- 2 years of hands-on experience on above mentioned technologies.
