    Professional We are an Investment firm and the individual will be supporting C-Suite, and visiting clients as well as everyone in the firm.

    Self-motivated and resourceful. The person will be reporting to me, but should be able to work independently to complete tasks and enhance our processes.

    Responsible For

    Responding to End User support requests

    Setting up and supporting end user equipment, laptops, monitors, etc.

    Installing or pushing software to systems

    Assisting users with online meeting support

    Supporting onsite AV infrastructure

    Managing asset inventory

    Tracking support tickets

    Technologies Include

    Dell Laptops and monitors

    Manage Engine Endpoint Central for asset management and deployments

    Microsoft 365/Outlook/Teams

    Citrix

    Active Directory

    Based on the individuals motivation and eagerness to advance there are opportunities to have exposure to the following:

    Cyber Security and Information security compliance

    Business Process automation using Microsoft power apps/Flow/Sharepoint online

    Infrastructure cloud migration to Azure for Desktop as a service, and server infrastructure
