TEKsystems is hiring in Northeast Oklahoma!

This position will be on-site in either Vinita, OK or Jay, OK

Our client based in the medical industry is looking for skilled desktop support professionals to join their growing IT organizations in a contrat-to-hire capacity.

This role will be responsible for resolving end user computing issues on Windows OS hardware and software, for end users local to one of the two locations.

Other duties may include light network troubleshooting, as well as hardware moves, workstation setup, and end user training.

Required Skills :

• 3 years of experience providing desktop / hands-on IT support for Windows devices in an O365 environment
• IT certifications such as CompTIA A or similar
• Excellent customer service and attention to detail
