Business Development Associate (Broker Market)
The Business Development Associate will work to analyze our target audiences to identify key executives and producers to build relationships with. Outbound communications focused on calling, emails, and some social media to set meetings with qualified prospects within the group benefits and healthcare industry (executives, brokers, agents, advisors). Research target companies via the internet and different types of paid research platform tools to identify the right prospect companies and the right people/decision-makers inside of these target companies, and update the internal CRM system.
