We are hiring experienced and dedicated Special Education Paraprofessionals to join our team in North Billerica, MA.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students who have special needs and will assist in providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Job Details:

• Position: Special Education Paraprofessional
• Location: North Billerica, MA
• Start date: ASAP
• End date: May, 2025
• Total hours: 30-35 hours per week
• Age group: K-12
• Caseload: Mix of Classes and 1:1 assistance based on the need

Duties:

• Assist students with activities of daily living and personal care tasks
• Collaborate with the teaching team to create and maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment
• Support students in academic tasks, including lesson reinforcement and individualized instruction
• Help students develop social skills and foster independence
• Assist in classroom organization, including preparing materials and resources for lessons

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
