WHAT DOES A LABORATORY SPECIMEN ACCESSIONER/DATA ENTRY DO?

As a Laboratory Specimen Accessioner/Data Entry at Genview DX, you serve as the crucial gatekeeper for all specimens entering the laboratory. Your meticulous attention to detail is key as you accurately enter essential data into the Laboratory Information System (LIS). By identifying any discrepancies or missing information that could impede the smooth progress of specimens through testing phases, you ensure the integrity of the entire process.

• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations and company procedures and policies.
• High School degree and 3 years of experience as phlebotomist OR a 2-yr. degree with at least two years of relevant experience.
• Interpersonal skills along with the ability to work in a team.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• You're a good listener and loyal advocate of customer success.
