Required Skills:
1. Professional registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (DTR) or the Association of Nutrition and Foodservice Professionals, (CDM), preferred, or two years of academic training in dietetics, preferred.
Minimum Work Experience:
1. Two years of experience in dietetics, preferred. Competent in carbohydrate counting and label reading.
2. Able to generate computer report on diet census sheets, patient information regarding food allergies and intolerances, laboratory results and patient history related to therapeutic diets.
Minimum Education:
1. Equivalent of two years academic training in dietetics, preferred.
