Institutes basic nutrition plans including individualized menu plans and monitors intake and acceptance of required meals and supplements. Being a Diet Technician computes analysis of patients intake and calorie count results. Requires an associate degree. Additionally, Diet Technician typically requires Dietetic Technician - Registered (DTR). Typically reports to a dietitian. The Diet Technician works under moderate supervision. Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting pharmacists in providing medication and healthcare services to patients. Your responsibilities will include preparing and dispensing medications, maintaining inventory, and providing excellent customer service.Duties:
- Prepare and dispense medications under the supervision of a pharmacist

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding medications and prescriptions

- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist in the maintenance of pharmacy equipmentSkills:
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including medication preparation and dispensing processes
- Familiarity with hospital or critical care pharmacy settings
- Proficiency in IV infusion techniques and aseptic technique
- Strong understanding of medication administration procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare teamRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification or training is preferred)
- Valid Pharmacy Technician license or certification (state-specific requirements apply)
